Teams register to compete in the National Step League to make it to Nationals in Orlando, FL. We will have 30-45 teams out of an average of 500 participating teams who make up the top 10 of step teams in the United States, battling for 1st -4th place, a coveted Nationally Ranked Designation, and 25,000 in scholarship awards! The step leader is responsible for creating and teaching steps, incorporating rhymes and chants into the steps and planning step shows. Ask one of your teachers to be an adviser for your step team. Your school club must have an adviser, and solidifying faculty support will make pitching your idea to the school's administration more successful.
