17 th The Norwegian royal family gathers to celebrate Constitution Day, usually with an appearance on the balcony of the royal palace in Oslo. 21 st Royal Chelsea Flower show opens. A favourite with the British royals, including the Princess of Wales, we can expect to see Kate make an appearance.
