Sam's father Christian Poss took the stand and told jurors how he initially came to file a missing persons report for his son who had gone missing for several days. Poss said he grew concerned after he and Sam along with Sam's younger brother had planned to attend a concert at the Georgia National Fair in Perry on Sunday afternoon, October 16th.

Sam Poss went missing back in 2016 and his body was found buried in the woods outside Perry days later. Warren and Dakota White both testified they stabbed and strangled Poss in White's car.
